| Description | 1) Speak to Ratt Burgiss at the cart south of Varrock and north of Lumbridge along the road. Tell him that you will help him get back his belongings. He will give you a folder.
2) Climb ito the Under Rock Tunnel to the west of Varrock Castle and slay 5 Outlaws inside. Loot their sheets and use them on the folder. 3) Give the folder to Ratt Burgiss. He will give you a letter. 4) Give the letter to Surok Magis in the library of Varrock Castle. He will give you a wand. 5) Buy a bowl at the General Store in Varrock. 6) Grab your Chaos Talisman or Tiara from the bank and then use the wand on the Chaos Altar. It will start glowing. 7) Give the Wand and Bowl to Surok Magis in Varrock Castle. He will give you a letter. 8) Give the letter to Ratt Burgiss. 9) Speak to Zaff at the staves shop in central Varrock. He will give you a Beacon Ring. 10) Confront Surok Magis, this will start a fight. Use the Beacon Ring when you have almost won. 11) Return to Ratt Burgiss for your reward. |
