Description1) Speak to Brother Tranquility in Mos Le'Harmless. He is near the gangplank. He will teleport you to a granary on the Island of Harmony. If you leave this Granary you will be attacked by Zombie Pirates.

2) Bring a Diving Helmet and Breathing Apparatus, these can be obtained by doing the Trawler minigame if you don't have them any more. Push the Statue of Saradomin in the garden. That will reveal a secret entrance, climb down it. Wear your diving and water breathing items and head into the water.

3) Swim past the or kill the Zombie Pirates until you reach the broken stairs. Repair them.

4) Climb up the ladder and peek through the peephole. Listen to the cutscene.

5) Speak to Brother Tranquility in Mos Le'Harmless.

6) Search the bookcase at the Monastery west of Edgeville. You will find a Prayer Book.

7) Equip a Holy Symbol and return to Brother Tranquility in Mos Le'Harmless. He will teleport you to the Isle of Harmony.

8) Recite the Prayer Book and the gas will be removed from the granary.

9) Return to Brother Tranquility in Mo Le'Harmless.

10) Speak to Dr. Fenkenstrain in Canifis.

11) Speak to Rufus in the food store in Canifis. He will give you some crate parts and a cut scene plays. Speak to him after it plays.

12) Bring a hammer, 10 planks, 10 furs and about 50 nails to Dr. Fenkenstrain in Canifis then reconstruct the crate.

13) Build the Wooden Cats at a Clockmaker's Bench and return to Dr. Fenkenstrain in Canifis.

14) Place the Wooden Cats into the Crate and speak to Dr. Fenkenstrain again. Then blow the whistle and watch the cutscene.

15) After the cutscene place the label on the crate. Then go back to the Isle of Harmony and climb down the ladder in the granary. Dr. Fenkenstrain will be there. Speak to him.

16) Wear your breathing apparatus and go to the ship at the north side of the island. Grab the Fuse, Keg and Tinderbox from teh ship.

17) Use the Fuse and the Keg on the door at the monastery east of the Statue of Saradomin in the Isle of Harmony. This will blow up the door. Enter it.

18) Slay Sorebones inside until you have the other missing items.

19) Give the items to Dr. Fenkenstrain in the granary. Another cutscene will play.

20) Get anything you need to slay a level 190 monster without using Prayers, then speak to one of the monks to receive a blessing and return to the monastery east of the Statue of Saradomin. When you go inside Mi-Gor will summon a level 190 monster to kill you. Slay it. Then loot the Anchor.

21) Return to Brother Tranquility to complete the quest. You can then speak to the smith on the jetty in Mos Le'Harmless to get the Anchor crafted into a weapon.

shadowthor <Guest>Hello, I have been trying to repair the anchor and get it crafted into the weapon, But every one says "Arr, Be wantin te go on the account with our gang of fillibusters? The powder monkey be talking a caulk after gettin rowdey on buomboo, so they be plenty of room for ye" then my char says "riiight" then says "I'll just be over here if you need me" and all of them say the same thing, The shop keepers and smith and everything
