| Description | 1) Speak to the Odd Old Man in the quarry northeast of Varrock.
2) Collect the following bones: - Bear Ribs: Bears south of Varrock - Big Frog Leg: Big Frogs in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves - Giant Bat Wing: Giant Bats along the coast south of Catherby - Giant Rat Bone: Giant Rats in the Varrock Sewers - Goblin Skull: Goblins west of Lumbridge - Ram Skull: Rams northwest of Lumbridge Castle - Unicorn Bone: Unicorns south of Varrock 3) Speak to Fortunato in Draynor. 4) Buy 8 jugs of Vinegar, for one coin each. 5) Use the 8 jugs of Vinegar with a Pot, one at a time. Then add one of the bones to each of the pots of Vinegar. This will result in a Bone in Vinegar. 6) Use the pot-boiler near the Odd Old Man at the quarry near Varrock. Add the Bone in Vinegars to it and light it with a tinderbox. Do this for each of the 8 bones. 7) Speak to the Odd Old Man to complete the quest. Although the quest is officially complete, there is a useful add in that you can do right after completing this quest if you have also completed the Mogre quest and are a level 40+ slayer. ------Additional Quest Opening Details----- 1) Read the sign behind the Odd Old Man. You will find a list of monsters to collect bones from. They are: Baby Blue Dragon: Taverly Dungeon Basilisk: Slayer Dungeon Bat: Northwest of Varrock Cave Goblin: Lumbridge Castle Dungeon Daggannath: Lighthouse Experiment: Experiment Dungeon Fire Giant: At the waterfall Ghoul: Southwest of Canifis Ice Giant: White Wolf Mountain Jackal: Al Kharid Massive Desert Lizard: Al Kharid Mogre: South of Port Sarim Moss Giant: Varrock Sewers Ogre: West of Yanille Rabbit: Tirannwn Rat: Varrock Sewers Seagull: Port Sarim Snake: Karamja Terrorbird: Tree Gnome Stronghold Troll: Death Plateau Undead Cow: West of Port Phasmatys Vulture: Agility Pyramid Werewolf: Canifis Wolf: White Wolf Mountain Zogre: Jiggig Zombie: Edgeville Dungeon 2) Do the same process as above for all of these bones. Create the bones in vinegar and use them in the pot-boiler. Once they are all done give them to the Odd Old Man who will give you the choice of a Bonesack or a Helmet as a reward. |
