Description1) Speak to Olaf Hradson at the mouth of the Fremennik Hunting area, northeast of Relleka.

2) Go into the blizzard to the east, and cut one of the Windswept Trees to get a Log.

3) Speak to Olaf Hradson. You will get two carvings.

4) Give the first carving to Ingrid Hradson in Relleka. She is near the well to the east of the lodge. She will give you some Bread.

5) Give the second carving to Volf Olafson, hwo is north of the lodge. He will give you some Cooked Shark.

6) Return to Olaf Hradson. He will give you a Map.

7) Go back to the Windswept Tree and dig just south of it. You will fall through a hole. Head into the cave and take a right at the fork. Head past the skeleton to the door. This is a puzzle. To complete it go to the bottom, right, top and then left.

8) Once inside go north until you reach a large cave. Grab 6 ropes and two Rotten Barrels in this cave.

9) Slay the Skeleton Fremennik who you passed earlier and loot his key.

10) Go back to the large cave and go across the walkway to the northeast. Agility helps here, so remove your armor if you must. There are holes in the bridge, you can use the Rotten Barrels to fill the holes.

11) Open the chest on the other side. This will spawn Ulfric. Kill him and then open the chest to complete the quest.
