| Description | 1) Speak to King Arthur in the castle in Camelot.
2) Speak to Sir Gawain in Camelot. 3) Speak to Lancelot in Camelot. He is upstairs in the Castle. 4) Hide in a crate that is west of the bank, behind the castle in Camelot. Hiding in it will cause you to be shipped to Keep Le Faye. 5) Slay Giant Bats until you receive a bat bone. 6) Speak to Sir Mordred on the third floor of the keep. He will attack you. Fight him and when he gets low on hit points Morgan Le Faye will beg you to stop. Tell her on the fcondition that she tells you how to remove the trap from Merlin. 7) Speak to the candle maker at his shop in Catherby and ask him to make you a Black Candle. 8) Grab some Insect Repellent from a house just north of the bank in Catherby. 9) Head to the bee hives west of Catherby. Grab a Bucket and use it on the hive to create a Bucket of Wax. 10) Give the Bucket of Wax to the Candle Maker in Catherby. He will give you a Black Candle. 11) Speak to the Lady of the Lake at the lake south of Taverly. 12) Go to the Jewelry Store in Port Sarim. When you open the door a Beggar will appear and ask you for a Loaf of Bread. Give him one and you will discover it was the Lady of the Lake testing you. She will give you Excalibur. 13) Check the Altar in southeast Varrock to learn the inscription. 14) Head to the pentagram outside of Camelot Castle (northeastern area inside of gates). Stand inside of the symbol and drop your bat bones to summon a demon. Now say the inscription that you read from the altar, "Snarthon Candtrick Termanto". 15) Use Excalibur on the crystal while on the top floor of the southeastern end of the castle to free Merlin. Speak to him after freeing. 16) Return to King Arthur in Camelot for your reward. |
