| Description | 1) Acquire some Swamp Tar from Lumbridge Swamp, some Molten Glass and a Tinderbox, a Sword (expendable cheap one), Arrow, earth, air, fire and water runes.
2) Speak to Larrissa at the Lighthouse north of the Barbarian Outpost. 3) Speak to Gunnjorn at the Barbarian Outpost. He will give you a Lighthouse Key. While in the Outpost pick up 2 Planks, a Hammer and a bunch of Steel Nails. 4) Use two Planks on the broken bridge that is east of Larrissa. 5) Speak to Larrissa at the Lighthouse. 6) Head to the second floor of the Lighthouse and search the book shelf. You will find two Books. Read them. 7) Use Swamp Tar on the Lighting Mechanism on the second floor of the Lightouse. Then use a Tinderbox on it. Finally, use Molten Glass on it. 8) Speak to Larrissa. 9) Head down the ladder and walk to the strange door. Use the arrow, sword, and the four runes on the door. It will open. 10) Climb down the ladder and speak with Jossik. 11) You will now be attacked by two level 100 monsters, one at a time. Kill them both. The Dagannoth Mother fight is tricky because she will use different prayers and color changes. These use the same color codes that were on the door. For example while yellowish orange you can melee, green for range, red for fire, brown for earth, blue for water and white for air. 12) The quest completes after slaying the Dagannoth Mother and you receive a Rusted Coffin. However, there is a bit left to go... 13) Speak to Jossik at the second floor of the Lighthouse. 14) Examined the Rusted Coffin. Pick the same god twice to to get the book of that god. |
