| Description | 1) Ask the Guild Master in the Champion's Guild about Rune Plate Armor.
2) Speak to Oziach near Edgeville. He will give you the key to Melzar's Maze. 3) Buy the following components: Lobster Pot, Silk, Unfired Bowl, Wizard's Mind Bomb. and then speak to the Oracle near the Dwarven Mines. She will tell you about a door near the eastern part of the mine. 4) Head to the door in the eastern part of the mind. Your components will disappear but you will be able to open the chest. This results in a Map Piece. 5) Head to Melzar's Maze and use the Key on the door and go inside. 6) Kill Giant Rats until you get a Red Key. 7) Use the Red Key on the northwestern-most door, and then head up the ladder. Kill Ghosts in this area until you receive an Orange Key. 8) Use the Orange Key on the second most northern door. Kill skeletons in that area until you receive a Yellow Key. 9) Use the Yellow Key on the southwestern door and then go down the ladder. Kill zombies here until you receive a Blue Key. 10) Use the Blue Key on the northwestern door. Slay Melzar the Mad and loot his Magenta Key. 11) Use the Magenta Key on the door beyond him. Slay the Lesser Demon and loot the Green Key. 12) Use the Green Key on the Chest. This will result in another Map Piece. 13) You must obtain the next piece from Wormbrain in the Port Sarim jail. You can do that either by giving him 10,000 coins, or by engaging him and telegrabbing the piece. 14) Speak to Duke Horacio in the Lumbridge Castle. He will give you a Dragonfire Shield, which should protect you from the Dragon's Breath. If you die however you lose the shield. So many players will drop the shield on the ground and ask for another so they have a backup. 15) You need to gather 2000 coins, the Map, a Hammer, 3 Planks and 90 Steel Nails and head back to Port Sarim. Once there speak with Klarense on the docks. Buy his ship for 2000 coins and then patch the planks until the hole is filled. 16) Speak to the swabbie and take the ship to Draynor. 17) Speak to Ned in Draynor. He can take you to Crandor, but you will need to give him the map. He will then meet you at the ship. 18) Talk to Ned on the ship and he will take you to Crandor. 19) Follow the path up north to the dungeon and kill Elvar, a level 83 dragon. 20) Walk out through teh secret door to the south. The password is "Open". 21) Return to the Guild Master at the Champion's Guild to complete the quest. |
